Hi my name is Afzal and I have numbers of questions regarding civil matter please help god bless you all…
ANCIENT PROPERTY MATTER UNDER SUNNI MUSLIM-MATTER
RESPECTED SIR OR MADAM,
I have many questions regarding.
1) A property of a great grand father which is an owned land have tax bills too in his own name and it was not mentioned or divided to any of its childrens (my grand father) after his death. But here I wanna ask that can that property be divided among the childrens (my grand father) name. The great grand father had two sons and a daughter.?????
2) A property of a great grand father which is an owned land have tax bills too in his own name and it was not mentioned or divided to any of its childrens (that is my grand father and his sister and his brother) after his death. The great grand father had two sons and a daughter and among the three of them (that is my grand father and his sister and brother) two sons died and a sister is alive. My question is that can that said property will be divided to the grand sons and grand daughters of great grand father???
3) A property of a great grand father which is an owned land have tax bills too in his own name and it was not mentioned or divided to any of its childrens (that is my grand father and his sister and his brother) now the problem is that some peoples are staying on that property without paying rent and for security they paying rent to the rent contol. And they are occupiers and has no agreement from my great grand father. So what steps we can take to cancel their fake tax bill and how to remove them from the property. Since from many years they are being using the property and its not entertained at all????
4) A property of a great grand father which is an owned land have tax bills too in his own name and it was not mentioned or divided to any of its childrens (that is my grand father and his sister and his brother) and now the problem is that a person who is illegally stayng in the property from many years and changed the address of the premises. So how to cancel the illegal address, illegal agreement and illegal bill. Since they are occupier not legally staying???

you mentioned Many Years,
you clarify the number of years it is in possession of "that person" "some people"
So as to advise you, whether those persons are in adverse possession of that property??
If yes: no chance to recover
If No: File civil suit to get it back
Sharing of property is next phase. , Question of dividing property is too early at this stage.
better we do not talk in air. if we get property in hand, we should think for division & ur right therein.
