Chain of agreement missing

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

I have finalise to buy a resale flat. The flat has been resold for 4 times earlier. i.e. from Builder to A, A to B, B to C, C to D and now from D to me.

the thing is recent buyer don;t have all the agreements except his agreement with the earlier buyer i.e. buyer c. In this situation my Banker asked me to get all originals which seems impossible. My query is can anyone (i.e. B or C) come forward in future with the old originals and make claim on the property. All the xerox and print outs of Index-II for earlier sale transactions are available.

Please give me your expert advice.

Thanks,
Regards,
Amit

you have to demand all original papers without it, it is not advisable to buy.

Yes, you should have all the original documents.
