Need information on gratuity fund on private limited companies

Hi i am working in a company and its duration is 5.6 years. This is a private limited company and it has got 45 head count working in it. So can i get my Gratuity Fund, currently i am leaving from the company and kindly let me know whether the rule is applicable for the private limited company or not. If there is a chance kindly let me know how to proceed on this.

yes you have 100% eligibility for it. if the establishment is refuse then you approach the labour commissioner office and seek the remedy
