Respected Sir/Madam

My Self from Agra and i had lost my wife before one year after 3 days of pregnancy in hospital and she give a baby by Normal Delivery.

when she dead in hospital then our family member make a noise in hospital so Doctor book FIR Agt. Me & My Brother and after three days Police had arrest & next day we have a bail from court.

still we had no cross case against Doctor due to some respective person in our Family & neighbor say that nothing u found by cross case u r mentally & financially not strong that time.

now after one year case date near, and as per FIR i have face u/s 147/323/504/506/427

So can any one please guide what i do in this situation and what can be worst thing for me.

you are talking the case which happened before one year. you get advise your local lawyer and ask him to file the quash petition on the same.
Punishment for rioting,Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt.Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace.Punishment for criminal intimidation,Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees
so ask you lawyer to do it
