Can we challenge an order of CAT, before High Court, dismissing a review application in circulation?

IN absence of any prescribed relief by statute a WRIT SHALL LIE and order can be challenged to this extent i have no doubt but not being a practicener at CAT i am not aware
if statute prescribes a remedy for such a situation or not.That was the sole reason i did not attend your query earlier.
