Please indicate what are the relevant provisions (Act /Rules) that you have so far gone through in regard to Trade Marks.

i m new in this field,if someone ask me about registration of trade mark,frm whr i have to strt means which form i have to go and etc...

want to know procedure step by step.?

IPR is a specialised practise go thru trade mark act 1999, nd practise manual ..u can also download it from indian patent office oficial website..can also contact 8756272683..
