Thanks for ur reply but I am not an advocate I am CA . But my problem is an advocate of Kanpur who has taken possession of my house forcely & filed a case through back date award under Arbitration ACt and showing himself partner of builder firm . As u know the position in kanpur no advocate is supporting to me so I am fighting my case. So if possible support me.

you can complain this in state Bar council at Allahabad/Lucknow.
And show your grievances there with proof May be your problem be solved.

No use complaining, since an advocate can be partner in any firm. Even other wise it is not proffesional misconduct.
