Regarding marriage

Dear sir,

i want to know that could i file a RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS application directly to court by letter or mail and if yes please tell me the postal address where i can post it.

Dear Anonymous,
The application for RCR cannot be through letter, mail or telegram.
It has to be filed in a proper format in the Registry of the Court.
If you are not aware of these details, then it would be adviweable for you to approach a lawyer in your area and to get his services.

Such e filings are yet to be allowed in India. You have to file the matter in person before the appropriate family court.
