I have appointed as member of road safety organisation by Administration, i want to study/know all rules regarding issuing of fitness certificate (Passing of the vehicle etc applicable in Haryana,how i can get knowlegde in this regard, is there any motor vehicle haryana rules or central mv rules arte applicable in Haryana,kindly help.Regards
