whats the minimum time to get divorce from the date of filing an application

you have not specified whether the divorce petition is to be filed on which ground. please specify the ground. As such No time limit has been given in law.

Two year is compulsory under Hindu Laws from the date of filing.

Under section 21B of Hindu marriage Act 1955 it is clear that the time limit is six month from the date of service of notice of the petition on the respondent.
