Law is not helping you, why you want to destroy the other women life, she is also like you and she is also depend upon him. I think you want to enjoying the status of 2nd wife. Think before you act!

If you are an HIndu there is no such marriage or word called second mariage or second wife no law recognises second marriage or second wife. and inspite ofthe same if you marry it will be a bigamy and your lover will be prosecuted for the same becaue no person can perform marriage when either ofthespouse is living.

as such the plans of marrying a married person is not proper.

you are not supposed to commit or caused to commit an offence, which attracts the bigamy under Sec 494, IPC.
Be aware of Law and act as a an accountable and law abiding citizen.
