A woman aged 55years of age , house wife,widow, 4 dependants .She lost her eyes in a fatal accident .How much compensation she can get from insurance company. Erom session court she get only 32000 including 7percent rate of interest .Kindly suggest how much compensation she can get through high court. And kindlx give some authorgties.Please please

once again verify that the session court has made out aboresaid amount, if yes, you can appeal against the low amount.
