Dear sir,
i m working in MP govt electricity distribution company ,if i will be terminated from service, will i be blacklisted to apply from other mp or out of state govt services. Experience certificate will be given or not.
Actually i m doing job but i m not satisfied with this. now i m working due to bond. my bond duration is 5 years from first appointment after one year training. if i leave this prior to bond i will have to pay the bond, if not they will terminate me but i want to go without termination and without bond. what will i do...?. i had joined this 2007. after one year training appointed as regular AE. what should i do to leave this.

Dear Mr. Kushwaha,
From your posting, it is not clear when your 5 year bond will come to an end?
Please indicate the same very clearly. Thereafter I will give my view.

You can leave job with expectation of civil suit for the bond amount and amount spent on your training.Liqudated damages are required to be paid.As you are leaving job without any stigma or misconduct on your part you can not be liable for blacklisting. What you are doing is ingringement of civil right, for that company will take action for recovery of liquidated damages and as per terms of your bond. But can not be black listed because that itself is punishment which can not be issued without chrgesheet(giving you opportunity of being heard).
Further you are Assiatant engineer ,(here in gujarat GEB junior engineer are workman within the meaning of Industrial Disputes Act)and YOU may TRY when notice is issued by your employer to pay Bond you may contend that bond is void in eye of Law considering ID act read with Standing Order Act.And when civil suit is filed you may take that defence in writte statement.
