Computation of mandatory period of bail

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 April 2011 This query is : Resolved 
From which date the computation of mandatory period of bail is counted ?

Whether the Date of arrest and/or day of produce of the accused before the Magistrate is counted in computation of mandatory period (i.e. 90/60 days) bail ?

If possible give me a citation of Supreme Court .
