can a bank employee of a co-op bank bacome director of another sahkari patpedhi

If a Bank employee of a cooperative bank is merely an employee, but is a member of Sahkari Patpedhi, he can become Director of the Patpedhi. But, if he is already a member also of the Cooperative bank, he cannot even become a member of another cooperative entity, may be Patpedhi.
