Please suggest me a book which can guide me practically in the field of corporate law.

Dear Satya Kiran,
Unless you mention the purpose for which the book is required you may land in to the wrong suggestions as there can be hundreds of books on corporate matters. Further, there is a lot of difference in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Culture. Further whether the book is desired with particular reference to the Indian context or on global context.
So, first of all you will have to decide, whether you need suggested books on corporate laws or corporate culture and also whether in Indian context or global context, and more particularly, what is your topic of research.
