Dear Experts ,in partition suit declartory decree it is for final hearing ,in this suit in this suit 32 difandants was not attended the court ,already issued summons nd they recived the diffandants all are illigal enchroachers on agri land ,can i withdraw the case at this final hearing ?how to withdraw? i want to compramise out of court.
