MY CLIENT HAVE LAND THEY ARE THREE BROTHERS AND 3 SISTERS. THREE SISTERS WITHDRAW THEIR INTEREST FROM LAND AND AT THIS TIME IN 7/12 UTARA NAME OF 3 BROTHERS ARE MENTIONED BUT 3 SISTERS HAVE FILE ANY SUIT AGAINST THEIR 3 BROTHER FOR RE-ENTER IN THIS LAND RECORD.
AND
IN 7/12 UTRA THEY ARE ALREADY WITHDRAW THEIR INTEREST BEFORE 10 YEARS, IT IS POSSIBELE FOR ANY SUIT AGAINST THE 3 BROTHERS,
PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE IN BRIEF.

If the three sisters are withdrawn their interest through executing the registered release deed they can not claim any interest over the same.
