cancelletion of sale of property registeration

i have entered into a sale deal of my property with a buyer in oct. all the papers were given to him by dec.the registeration was done on feb 5 with an assurance of full money by the 15 if feb. he has applied for a bank loan.he has given us a token and a part of the sale deal. however he has not been able to fulfill his part of the deal. is there a way to cancel the deal and cancel the sale registeration

If you are not received the entire sale consideration you have to file a suit for cancellation of sale deed and you have to prove it before the court. you have to bear the court fee on the market value of the property
