vakil patra me party ke naam ke alawa yah bhi aana chahiae ki vakil ko kisne niyukt kiya hai ya nahi kevel party ke sin. se chalta hai

mera matlab hai ki vakalt naama proper nahi bhra ho to chalega ya objection hoga?

if there is an objection time is given to remove it normally

normally vakalatnama contains full details and once party signs the vakalatnama, it is taken on records and the counsel is permitted to represent party. in case any objection is raised subsequently this can be cured and party may file another vakalatnama.
