Dear Sir,

I have received a Litigation notice from Mumbai District Legal Services - to discuss on my settlement of dues with Citi Fianncial bank.

I have done Police Complain against Abusive and thretaing by Citi Finanical Team to me and my Family.

Need an advice on submission on reply on same and lawyer detail for the same

If you are interested in settling the account, you can attend the Pre litigation proceedings. Other wise you need not attend the proceedings.
