Purchasing SC/ST Category Property

I would like to know what is the procedure to buy SC/ST category property which is allotted from the karnataka government 30 years back, now they want to sell the property as its possession letter says 20 years not to be sale the property. is there any special rules to buy this kind property.

Just take care in buying that in future that is within 12 years of sale of SC/ST property they shall not raise any other demand else you have to face legal consequences for the same.
Also to take the RD's from all their persons i.e. Original allottee, siblings, issues, wife(S) etc. and any other generation present or pregnant etc.
As I have seen instances where the seller had caused mischief by again raising the enhanced demand despite the property being sold to the Vendee.
