Whether PF Payable on ''site allowance''

Sirs,

Please kindly explain me whether PF contribution is to be made on 'site allowance' paid to the employee.

Please also provide me a reference to a judgment for my understanding.

Please respond at the earliest. Its urgent

PF contribution is calculated on the Basic Salary/ WagesPlus Dearness Allowance . Site allowance is normally given to particular employees as an incentive for working in project sites which does not form part of the Qualifying Amount on which PF cont'bn is calculated.
