review petition before transferred judge

If a petition was dismissed by a judge and subsequently he was transferred to another state and a review petition is filed in the case dealt by him then, before whom the matter will be listed?

Mean if a judge is transferred to kerala and petitioner resides in delhi, petitioner will have to move to kerala high court for a review petition in a case decided at delhi high court ?

Dear Harivanshsai,
The Review petition has to be filed before the same High Court. If the particular judge who passed the decision / order had been transferred to some other High Court, then some other Judge of the High Court will deal with the review petition. You cannot file the review petition in the Kerala High Court or any other High Court.
