If a person inherits property from his father, can he make a will for that property?
If a person is creator of HUF by a gift received from some one and from that gift has multiplied his (HUF) assets, then can he make a will for all its assets.

Can a person make two separate will regarding different properties and that too to operate simulataneously after his death? Or everything has to be written in one will?

--Yes he can, provided there is no other coparcener claimant under him to have claim on the ancestral property. Else he can make a will in respect of his share only.
If a person is creator of HUF by a gift received from some one and from that gift has multiplied his (HUF) assets, then can he make a will for all its assets.
--No.

--No need to make seperate wills.

In addition HUF can not be created by gifts.

Two seperate Wills may make confusion on later dates for teh Executor.
So it is better to have single Will

Agreed with experts. But it is advisable to get such wills registered when it relates to inherited property.
