quashing or FIR

dear expert am thanks full for your response to my query..but i am confused on a point relating to quashing or FIR. my confusion is that i have to file Quashing Fir petition before the charge sheet is filed or after the filing of charge sheet.

you can file that petition in both stage.

YOU CAN FILE THE QUASHING BEFORE FILING OF CHARGE SHEET ONLY.AFTER FILING OF CHAGE SHEET YOU CAN ONLY CONEST THE FRAIMING OF CHARGE.
