we have 498a/304b IPC case against me and my parents.case is in trial state.
Is there any way so that i can travel out side country for 6 months for office work?
Say I want to travel to UK .

You have to do it only with the permission of the concerned court.

Thanks Sir.but lawyer said no need to take permission but he said for 2/3 months.I am very much scared about my travel if I traveled without permission.One more things i want to mentioned here my office does not know my case.I gone thru the all documents about the visa processing ,there i found some i need to declare whether i have been arrested or sent to JC ever.what should i write there as i don want to be in trap in another case?

You may file a petition before your honourable high court for dispense your appearance for your case.. With that high court orders you wil be free from your trial. Then you can carry on with your travel.

query is not closed.but i want to file a petition to HC to give me permission to travel abroad for my official work upto extend maximum 6 months.I want to know on what ground should i file a petition to HC? is there any SC order in such case?
