what is the diff b/w patents trademarks and copyrights.
B.R. BHALLA, ADVOCATE (Expert) 02 September 2010
The above terms are distinct and separate terms under IPR. The "Patents" are issued in respect of innovative research and development work, the "trade mark" denotes a brand name under which the products are marketed and "copy right" covers the style of writing the name of the product - i.e. message. Please read a good book on the subject for detailed study.
