I am Psychically Handicapped person. Practicing as a lawyer at Madurai District courts form the past 10 years. I want to be a central Government Notary. In Madurai so many confusions regarding to apply the Central Government Notary. Is there any quota for PH person to apply the Central Government? What are the procedure that I have follow to apply the Central Government notary. How can I get the application form?

You can go through the Notaries Act and Rules framed thereunder. As far as I know,there is no quota system in that appointment.
