You have following options-

For cruelty- File FIR or application under DV Act

For maintenance- file application under 125 Cr.P.C or under Dv Act.

If you wants divorce can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty.

REGARDING THE MATTER OF MATRIMONIAL DISPUTE KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.YOU ARE FACING MENTAL TORTURE AND HARASSMENT AND ALSO CRUELTY.
2.YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT MARRIAGE CAN NOT BE FORCED ON ANYONE.IN CASE YOUR HUSBAND AND INLAWS ARE NOT READY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU THEN THERE IS NO POINT IN JUST SPOILING YOUR FUTURE LIFE.
3.YOU MAY TRY YOUR LEVEL BEST TO FIRST COMPROMISE THE MATTER BUT IN CASE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THEN YOU MAY TAKE LEGAL STEPS.
4.KINDLY NOTE THAT ALMOST ALL ACTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMEN.
5YOU MAY FILE A COMPLAINT UNDER PROVISIONS OF PROTECTION OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT.SEC.12 AND OTHER PROVISIONS.AND CLAIM MAINTAINENCE, SHARE IN MATRIMONIAL HOME AND PROTECTION ORDER.
6.YOU MAY ALSO GET MAINTAINENCE UNDER SEC.125 OF CRPC.
7YOU MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR MAINTAINENCE IF THE INCOME IS MORE ,THEN YOUR CLAIM CAN BE FOR MORE AMOUNT OF MAINTAINENCE.
8YOU MAY FILE A HINDU MARRIAGE ACT SEC.9 PETITION FOR RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS FOR COMPROMISING THE MATTER.
9IN CASE THERE ARE NO CHANCES OF COMPROMISE THEN YOU MAY FILE A DIVORCE PETITION UNDER SEC.13 OF HINDU MARRIAGE ACT.
YOU MAY WRITE AND SEND DETAILS FOR FURTHER HELP.
THANKS.GOOD LUCK.

what is the point in continuing a marriage legally, when for all other purpose, you are leaving in a separate world

If there is no scope of improving your relationship, please choose, any of the above options, rather than spoiling your life further.
