A person went to Sultanate of Oman on working visa and died there during the course of employment. His body was sent to india through the embassy of india in 2004, I request the experts and law at sitations and brother advocates to suggest me with relevant sitations if any.
Can i file any claim at "My State High Court" or " At Apex Court".
