what is ARE-1 & CT-1 form???

I just now saw your query.
ARE-1 is an Application Form under Central Excise, for removal of excisable goods for export by Air/Sea/Post/Land.
CT-1 is a certificate for procurement of excisable goods for export without payment of duty.
