Back Dated Agreement

A Development Agreement was signed on a Stamp Paper for Rs.100/-dated September 2008 and the document was dated 4-5 days after the issue date of the Stamp Paper.

The Stamp Paper was issued to an Advocate who is NOT one of the Executors of the Agreement BUT 'For XYZ Company" is mentioned next to the Name of the Advocate in whose name the Stamp Paper is issued in an attempt to Validate the Development Agreement.

Actually the Agreement was made only last month and Registered Last month with a Deed of Confirmation of current date.

1. I need to prove that the Agreement was not entered into in 2008 but was entered into in 2010

2. and i need to prove fraud if the Stamp Paper was fudged after issue by adding "For XYZ Co".

How to go about this. Where can i search for a reply as to whom was this Stamp Paper Issued.

Please Advise and Help

File a suit for declaration to that effect.
