Stamp Duty

(Querist) 30 July 2010 This query is : Resolved 


Can someone kindly provide me with the gist (brief summary) of the Notification no. 13 dated 25th december, 1937 which exempts certain transactions between holding and subsidiary comapny from the levy of stamp duty.

I shall be very thankful for the help
