adjudication machinery in labour laws

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 July 2010 This query is : Resolved
Pls let me know what is the adjudication machinery in labour laws. Like we have district courts, high Courts and supreme court in a civil case. Is there any seperate judicial system operating in labour laws.

Regards,

P.c. joshi

First of all there is no court fees to be paid in labour courts, which is a huge relief for all labour matters/ labours

second it is decided within a short time frame

third the deputy commissioner does it at the earliest and in very few cases the affected party had to visit court

There are labour courts working in every district as we have labour court in delhi in Karkardooma courts and not in other courts
