hello all expert

Now i want publish a islamic website for eid purpose and from website i will provide service and instade of service i will get amount from customer from around the world.
so my question is that.
(1) as a private party can i receive money from around the world.?
(2) any registeration is require?
(3) as private organitation can i publish my website?
(4) which rules should i follow for e-commerce business?
