Sending e-mail to HC Judges any implication

Is their any Implication legally if someone send his or her Legal problems to HC Judges directly?

If you communicate with the judges regarding the on-going cases, it will create serious legal complications to you. There is no implication, if your fundamental rights are violated, and you have no other means to approach the remedial authorities. If you are unable to access the judiciary due to your poverty, there are 'free legal-aid cells' functioning at major courts through-out India.

However, judges have taken-up the cases suo-motto on the basis of newspaper reportings and post-cards.
