please answer following query.
what will be the process of land conversion .If the title of the land is on the name of a mandir murti. The temple is manageing by a trust and trust is Registered in Devsthan dept.The temple is in a town of Udaipur(Raj.)Dist.

Once Trust is registered and for devesthan, It seems the Charity commissioner hold t, and his previous written permission is required. You have to satisfy the need for conversion, and apply for his NOC.
eek Permission from Udaipur Charity Commissioner or at Jodhpur,whoever in control in your state/ area.

Answer is not clear.govt. officers are not cooperating us.we have given a letter to c.m. also.But none of them solve our problem.Now what should we do.Please clear the matter.
