Summons to owner of mobile connection

Ld Counsels,

My brother in law made threatening calls from his mobile phone. his mobile phone connection is in the name of his employer. in order to get the call details from the service provider can I make the brother in law as well as his employer as third party along with service provider in application under order 16 rule 6.

is there any leave to be taken for third party notice. my wife has filed counter in the IA. Please clarify. Thanks.

You can make your BIL and his employer party.

Let the employer tell who is using the SIM.
