The Employee goes to Court n file a civil suit challenging the above said letter his victimisation and non payment of wages due to him under agreement of his employment.

If the orders of the Court was not obeyed or disregarded, then you can file a contempt petition in the same court, bringing out all the facts and circumstances which according to you amounts to contempt.
Then it is between the court and the alleged contemnor. If the Court finds the contempt charges proved, then it will suitably punish the contemnor. It can be any punishment. You and I cannot guess.
In the Contempt Petition, the complainant will not get any compensation.
