ESIC registration

Hi

We are having head office in mumbai & have registered ourself under ESIC in Maharashtra.

we are having branches in different states ; we would like to know that the employees we have appointed in our brances would also cover under the ESIC of Maharashtra or we have to take the seperate registration as per particular state act.

A branch of covered establishment will be liable to be covered under the ESI Act even if the numbers of employees are less than twenty.
