law about duplicate signature

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
someone is treatening me to sell my ancestral property. the property owner is my late father and transfer of property is still not done to me. he is saying that he has aggriment done by me to sell the property. He might did it with my duplicate signature. what should i do? if he has done the aggriment or any ducuments with my duplicate signature, is it a worry for me?

If you are not executed any agreement to him, no need to worry. If he has forcing you to execute the sale deed, you can file a complaint before the jurisdictional police for threatening.
