Sir My friend have been finished 2 years of service in a PSU after appointment ie including training period. But now attending interview for higher job in the same PSU, HR department told that training period is not include as work experience. But his service book starts from first date of training ie date of appointment and the training was given by the same PSU. Sir, pls tell that as per law what is mean by work experience and what about his case.
