Entertainment Tax

Respected Lawyers,

I want to know wat percentage or amount of entertainment tax one has to pay on production of the Marathi Film in Maharashtra, who is liable to pay i.e. a producer, director or distributor, to whom to pay and within wat period it has to pay, would be grateful for the reply.

The State govt.would not levy ET on production of the Marathi film for the first 3 years of their operation.Further,75% of the ET for the next two years would be waived.

and one more thing that taxes applicable on the movie is paid by the producer alone.
