Buy Back of shares

My query is can a listed company enter into an agreement with a private investors for buy back of shares at a future date.

Also please suggest the authority for the same.

There is no authority for this but the listed company have the right to enter into an agreement with a private investors for buy back od shares at a future date but in actually u did not menton the facts in details. means all facts of agreement means on what terms and conditions the co. will buy back the shares.
