mode of payment of fee in consumer forum

I am practising in Jind Haryana.In distt. consumer forum there is a practice that forum fee is only accepted through bank challian at the time of filing consumer commplaint.Payment of fee through bank challan results in bulk of problems as there is always rush at bank counter.I want to know is there any rule or it is mandatory in which payment of forum fee is only acceptable through bank challan .Kindly suggest me real position in given situation as we are (Lawyers brothers)are in a great problem due to above statred problem.Thankyou very much

It depends on the rules framed for Forums in your state. U may approach the HC with a PIL suggesting alternatives.
