Appeal from order 1 Rule 10

I would like to know to which court appeal lies against under order 1 Rule 10 and time limitation there to.

Immediately on receiving the review petition the Judge (junior div) has stated that he is going to dismiss the review petition anyway and has subsequently dismissed and put cost on the plaintiff without any hearing. Is there any remedy available.

Be grateful for advice.

No appeal lies. you have to go for revision before HC or writ.

No appeal lies against any order passed in a petition u/o1r10 of cpc. However you can file revisional application before the high court u/a 227 of the constitution.This case seems to have good merit.
