Dear,
landlord can make you vacate the premises lawfully as per the agreement and the laws prevailing.

but under the agreement, you have purchased the goodwill and all other amenities so dont worry about the same since now you are the legal owner of the business except the immovable property of the landlord under the agreement.
enjoy the business without fear.
