Bank procedure reg

(Querist) 21 April 2014 This query is : Resolved 
we have given an OTS settlement to the bank and they did not agree on it. Now they are trying to sell the property to arcil companies and in our assumption, the value is lesser than our offered OTS amount. Do we have any case of stopping them from selling the property or of they sell, what are the ways to appeal??

yes you may file injunction to sell the property.
