Penalty for non attendance of agm

Can housing society charge penalty
(Rs. 100) from member for non attendance of AGM , after passing resolution in AGM,

Is above resolution as per society Law ???

If the penalty passed by the GBM and such ressolution accepted by GBM then there no illegal

There can not be any penalty for non-attendance, such a rule itself is illegal.
